When does The Defenders take place in the MCU?
The show takes place a few months after the events of Iron Fist season 1
How is The Defenders connected to the MCU?
The show takes place in the main timeline
Why watch The Defenders at this point in the timeline?
Because this is where it falls chronologically, and I think letting some time pass between Iron Fist and The Defenders matches the shows' logic of being a few months apart in-universe
